Conditions of registration - please read!

1. Only persons who are legally authorised to act on behalf of their respective organisations are allowed to fill in this form. It is allowed, however, to submit the form multiple times at different times to add people to your delegation later.
2. By filling in this form you acknowledge that a upon successful submission a binding agreement is formed between EDS and your organisation, as well as jointly and severally between EDS and each registered participant.
3. Registrations are accepted in the order they arrive, until the seminar is full. There are no set per organisation quotas at this event.
4. There will be no participation fee
5. A Cancellation fee of EUR 120 is collected from each registered participant who cancels their participation after 1st June 2012, or does not show up at the event.
   
   1. The registered participant and the organisation submitting the registration are jointly and severally liable for paying the cancellation fee. If the participant fails to pay the fee, it becomes a debt to the organisation and may harm the organisation's standing in the EDS.
   2. The Cancellation fee is not collected if an organisation registers a replacement participant upon the cancellation.
6. This is a sponsored event. In order to receive complimentary accommodation and food, all participants are required to attend all formal parts of the event programme, especially the lectures, workshops and working groups.
   1. Participants who neglect to participate to the programme can be asked to pay their own accommodation and food.
   2. It is the responsibility of the head of delegation to ensure that their delegation is aware of these conditions.

Before continuing, make sure that you have all the following information from each participant: Name, Phone, Email, Address of residence, Passport/ID number, issuer and exp.date, Date of Birth, Dietary requirements, dates of arrival and departure (preferably also flight details) and rooming requests.
